What to expect

A comfortable first visit starts with clarity.

Here is how to prepare, communicate your preferences and stay in control of your experience from arrival through follow-up.

01 · Before you arrive

Follow the appointment confirmation for arrival timing and complete required intake in the secure booking system. Wear what is comfortable and bring non-sensitive business questions by phone or email.

02 · Conversation and consent

Ruben asks about your goals, expectations and relevant intake information, explains the planned service and obtains consent before beginning.

03 · Privacy and communication

Professional draping protects privacy. You may request changes to pressure, positioning or the plan, ask questions, pause, or end the session at any time.

04 · After the session

Take time to transition, ask general follow-up questions and use the booking process if you choose to schedule another visit. Rebooking is always your choice.

05 · Questions after you leave

Use ordinary business contact channels for scheduling or general follow-up. Bring persistent, unexpected or concerning symptoms to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional rather than relying on a website message.

06 · Your next visit is optional

If you choose another appointment, consider what felt comfortable and what you would change. There is no required cadence and no promise that a particular schedule will produce a specific result.
